Job Title: Stores Supervisor

Stores Supervisor required for manufacturing company in Sierra Leone.

​

Responsible for the supervision of spare parts and RPA Materials and also ensure timely order of materials when they reach minimum stock level.

 

Key Responsibilities

RPA Material monitoring, Management and update

• Plan and co-ordinate the incoming RPA materials, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to end users to achieve the team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), as determined by business.

• Ensure effective, safe, accurate and timely stock management to include space allocation, stock transfer and replenishment.

• Organizing and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes.

• Inventory classification and ageing analysis based on turnover, value and criticality

 

Spare Parts Management

• Ensure receiving and issue of spare parts based on approve procedures

• Monitoring indent and PFI Status

• Proper Planning of indent request of consumables when they reach minimum stock.

• Ensure availability of spare parts for consumable item

 

Fuel Oil, Grease, Gas update and Monitoring

• Adhere to company procedure and policies on the receiving and issue of fuel, oil and crease.

• Raise an order when good reach minimum stock to always ensure the availability.

• Provide update report on the usage to management to decision making.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration and Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in similar position
