PLACEMENT

We have an extensive database of job seekers from which we select candidates, and our strong network of management-level Sierra Leoneans across all sectors means we are able to provide executive search and headhunting services.  We provide a CV verification and background screening process and assess candidates before presenting a short list to our clients. We also provide interview support to our clients if required.

STAFF OUTSOURCING

We train job seekers and place them with our clients.  We are responsible for ensuring they can perform the tasks for which they are hired, their welfare and employer's liability insurance.  We manage their payroll and PAYE and NASSIT returns.We also provide temporary staff to cover leave periods or for short specific tasks.
