POSITION OVERVIEW

The Environment and Social Manager is responsible for leading Jolaks Manufacturing Company’s environmental and social (E&S) performance across all operations, ensuring alignment with national laws, IFC Performance Standards etc. The role encompasses oversight of the company’s Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS), stakeholder engagement, grievance management, environmental compliance, and social sustainability programs. The Manager will also support broader sustainability and ESG objectives in collaboration with other ESG team members.
