- are a good vehicle technician
- are a good communicator and team leader / motivator
- are very good in customer relations and follow up
- have good reporting skills

- have the ability to use excel, Word, e-mail for work
- have a hard and speedy work ethic, are pro active and witty
- can receive vehicles from Customers, take those vehicles in,
follow up on repairs/services, deliver the vehicle back to customer
- have sales manager skills and can create more sales for the workshop.
