Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Measurement Engineer

Type of work: Fixed term contract - 14 months

Duties/ Responsibilities:

 

• Reviews project and construction cost reports and assures that all changes in scope, whether originated by the Client or internally, are documented, implemented and estimated to show their impact on schedule, home office manpower, and material field construction costs

• Responsible for the review of the constructed quantities on site and the contractor invoice

 

Requirements:

​

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying, with minimum 10 years professional experience in construction supervision and management of civil works including buildings and roads

• Professional certificate or registration
