Reports to: Information Management and Quality Assurance Specialist
The President’s Delivery Team for the Recovery Priorities, established within the Office of the Chief of Staff, coordinates and drives delivery of the President’s top priorities for the nation’s recovery in the areas of: education, health, social protection, private sector development, water, energy and governance.
The QA Officers, reporting to the Information Management and Quality Assurance Specialist, will be responsible for providing on-site support to monitor the work of the District Delivery Teams and to provide quality assurance and verification of the implementation of the Recovery Priorities’ initiatives.
Overview of Responsibilities

Engage in random site visits of the recovery initiatives to verify the reporting completed by implementing partners, MDAs and Districts;

Support deep dives and problem-solving into specific recovery initiatives by providing ‘on-the-ground’ support to the District Delivery Teams;

Develop reports and recommendations based on the findings of monitoring visits for actionable follow up;

Provide roving support to the District Delivery Teams to build their skills and understanding of the delivery system and tools;

Provide analytical support and recommendations to overcome key delivery challenges;

Other tasks as assigned by the Information Management and Quality Assurance Specialist and/or Delivery Team Lead to ensure the successful delivery of the Recovery Priorities.
Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Political Science or other related field and at least seven years of experience in related field; prior experience in performance management and delivery support is an advantage

Excellent computer skills and proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.(Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical for this position)

*Note: given the roving / transient nature of this job, transportation and accommodation will be provided to ensure completion of duties; however, the QA Officers will not be eligible for traditional DSA payments.
