Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project

Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget
-
Ensure resource availability and allocation
-
Manage/record changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
-
Report and escalate to management as needed
-
Report any delay or change in scope/delivery time
-
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
-
Review requirements and interpret their meaning ensuring clear and consistent communication to all parties

Perform risk management to minimise project risks
-
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: Detailed project plan to monitor and track progress on MS project with multiple dependencies and maintain it on a daily/weekly basis as required
Requirements

Good educational background
-
Must be based in Freetown for the duration of the project (June - September)

Proven working experience (5 or more years) in project management, with at least two references

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Office

PMP/ PRINCE II certification is a plus

Proficiency in software implementation integration

Knowledge of payment systems and solutions is a plus

Knowledge of PCI-DSS environments is a plus
