POST OBJECTIVES:
Under the direction of the Board of Governors and Proprietress, the Principal provides leadership to students and teachers to achieve learning objectives; oversees the operation and all functions of the Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary schools; manages the school’s budget and resources to ensure they are properly ulitised; as well as leads the site improvement process. The role also requires the planning, directing and co-ordinating of all fundraising, clerical and auxiliary functions of the school in support of Hope Academy for Girls’ mission and strategic objectives.
