POSITION OVERVIEW

Wusum Hotel is currently seeking an experience and organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen at our hotel.  The ideal candidate will ensure food preparation meets high quality standards, manager kitchen staff, maintain food safety and hygiene, control inventory and support the smooth and cost effective running of the kitchen.
