SUMMARY

MML seeks to hire a qualified, competent and experienced Human Resources Superintendent to lead the design, delivery, and governance of the company’s compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and HR information systems.
The incumbent will support regulatory and internal reporting requirements, ensuring all programmes are competitive, compliant, and data driven. The role bridges reward strategy, performance monitoring, and system optimisation to enhance both organisational performance and employee experience.
