A new bakery operating in the east of Freetown, Sierra Leone is hiring a Food Technologist with the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and improving the bakery and pastry production processes

  • Help to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and perform quality control testing


Key Qualifications and Competencies

  • Must have degree in a food related subject

  • At least 3 years of experience
