We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Farm Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating farm activities, supervising staff, managing resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving operational efficiency.

 

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of at least 4 years' experience managing farm operations.

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of modern farming practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
