About the role: Fresh Salone Ltd being the most innovative agriculture company in Sierra Leone is expanding their business. Market linkages to Farmers who produce high quality crops, and the overwhelming demand for these crops demand we engage a Quality Control Manager and Sales Agent. This person will lay out, manage and evaluate the Quality of crops, purchase and logistics to main warehouse, and sales to clients
Job Description:
-training in harvest/ post-harvest practices
-collection and grading of crops
-delivery and sales to clients
-connect Farmers to Fresh Salone activities
-travelling to farms for outsourcing
-submit financial report, projections, cash flows
-include current protocols and procedures into developed system
Objectives:
-create and develop good M&E for quality control
-develop smooth collection/voucher/ payment system
-satisfy customer base with consistency and quality
-coordinate and manage administration and logistics
-attain projected objectives
Qualifications:
-high school diploma minimum
-experience in vegetables marketing
-quality control capabilities
-peoples person
-negotiating skills
-driving license is a bonus
Remuneration: Base Salary: Le2,000,000 + 2% commission on total sales of A-quality crops +2% commission on agro input sales
