JOB SUMMARY

Cafe Manager required to manage beach bar and restaurant in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the secretary of the company.

• Manage the bar and restaurant.

• Plan events for clients.

• Monitor daily expenses and order supplies.

• Handle customers' complaints.

• Ensure the food health and safety regulations are adhered to.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must be creative in live events.

• Must have Microsoft excel skills.

• Experience with managing a bar and/or restaurant

• Marketing skills

• Understanding and appreciation of the importance of branding and customer service
