OVERVIEW:
A new bakery operating in the east of Freetown, Sierra Leone is hiring an Assistant Bakery Chef with the following responsibilities:

​

• Support the Head Bakery Chef in managing the bakery production team

• Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and customer service

• Supervising the baking process

• Ensuring high-quality standards

• Coordinate with other departments (Including Training Centre)

• To ensure smooth production operations

• Responsible for cleaning bakery equipment by closely following daily and weekly cleaning list

Key Qualifications and Competencies

​

• Five (5) years of working experience

• Working knowledge of MS Office packaging software, spreadsheet and email

• Must be able to work under limited supervision and closely follow the daily list

​
